Yael Cohen, Office Manager

Yael is a multidisciplinary project and design professional with a passion for turning ideas into impactful experiences. With a background in interior design, marketing, and coaching, she brings a creative yet practical mindset to every venture.

From managing hospitality projects and urban renovations to coaching professionals in business English, Yael leads with clarity, collaboration, and a hands-on approach. She’s known for balancing big-picture thinking with the details that make it all work.

Yael is also a dedicated volleyball coach and mother of two boys. Recently relocated with her wife and kids to the U.S. from Israel, Yael brings a global perspective to the space.

Outside of coaching, she finds joy in cooking, traveling, and working out. A former NCAA athlete and lifelong coach, Yael thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments and brings that same energy, leadership, and drive into every part of her life.

Fluent in both English and Hebrew and in the universal language of getting things done, she is currently keeping the Vision Media team and its space running smoothly.
